  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are unused and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
